Dangerdog Music Reviews applied Search Engine Optimization(SEO) nearly two years ago. Since that time, Dangerdog consistently ranks high in a results page for our keywords.
We haven’t checked this for nearly six months. So, I thought now would be a good time to check them again. Understanding that Google SERP is fluid, sometimes from day to day, here are the results for Dangerdog’s most important keywords.
These results are impressive for a small music review site with a limited agenda of genres, but an international audience. Greater than 65% of our readers are outside of the United States.
Individual reviews often rank higher, often and consistently in the top five.
Once more: thanks to the many Dangerdog readers and supporters. God bless!

Any good website manager knows how to work search engine optimization (SEO), and Dangerdog has been kicking ass in this area. Therefore, I work certain keywords. Here’s how Dangerdog fares, under the new Google algorithms, for our chosen key words. (more…)

A small revolution has occurred at Dangerdog Music Reviews in the last 25 days: we have quietly broke the 500 visitor per day plateau. We did this two days in a row this month. Since then our daily visits have not fallen below 350 visitors per day. Wow! I’m impressed and thankful for the friends of Dangerdog, who have made this possible. (more…)
